Artisan Contractor
Patriot’s artisan contractors program offers a non-admitted carrier option for artisan contractors New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The program targets select independent interior trade specific artisan contractors. The program targets contractors that principally perform limited new construction and looks for those contractors that mostly perform service to existing structures and retro-fit projects.

Mid to large experienced interior trade Subcontractors including but not limited to the following classes:

- Electrical wiring
- Data network & Communications
- HVAC Sheet metal duck work fabrication & installation
- HVAC mechanical and pipefitting work
- HVAC systems control systems installation
- Interior Drywall and Wallboard Installation
- Interior Decorators
- Insulation Work
- Painting/Paper hanging
- Plumbing – Commercial & Industrial

- Minimum Premium - $25,000
- $1/$2M/$2M limits with access to $2M/$4M/$4M for qualifying risks

- ISO Additional Insured Forms for Ongoing & Completed Operations
- Primary Wording as required by written contract
